ODIGOO TRAVEL an online travel agency, whose technological platform allows a large number of tourism service providers (the "Providers") to offer and market their services to users, who in turn can seek inquiries about flights, accommodations, cars, cruises, activities and other tourist services (the "Tourist Services"), compare and reserve said services in real time, and purchase them separately or as a package , assembling and managing your own trip, in accordance with your personal needs.
- iv.ODIGOO TRAVEL is not the provider of the Tourist Services shown on this website and acts in the name and on behalf of the Providers, therefore it is not obliged -directly or indirectly- to carry out the Tourist Service. When you contract Tourist Services through ODIGOO TRAVEL, you are entering into a contract directly with the Provider that offers its Tourist Services through our Platform. ODIGOO TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between you and the Tourist Service Providers, and acts on behalf of the Provider.
- v. In no case, you are hiring a service with the company called ODIGOO TRAVEL nor any other subsidiary or affiliate company of the group with residence in Mexico.
- vi. These conditions are those of a general nature that apply to the intermediation services provided by ODIGOO TRAVEL and under no circumstances do they replace or modify the limitations of liability legally established according to your country of residence, or to the special conditions that each Tourist Supplier has defined for their Tourist Services. Before hiring, directly review the particular conditions of each Tourist Service and each Supplier. ODIGOO TRAVEL is not responsible or has interference in the particular conditions established by each Provider for the provision of their Tourist Services.
- vii. You expressly understand and accept that the intermediation activity of ODIGOO TRAVEL in the commercialization of Tourist Services does not guarantee that the hired service does not present risks to the health and integrity of people. ODIGOO TRAVEL is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for damages or losses that in any way you or those who travel with you may suffer before, during or as a consequence of any hired service or activity offered on this website. ODIGOO TRAVEL is not responsible for events derived from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, including climatic phenomena, natural events, union conflicts, pandemics, epidemics, among others, that may occur before or during the provision of the Tourist Service, and that could eventually delay, interrupt or prevent its execution.

Before confirming your purchase request and prior express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (the "Purchase Request") , we advise you to directly review the particular terms and conditions applicable to the Tourist Service you wish to hire. This way you will avoid any surprises and you can enjoy your trip as planned. By accessing or using this website, making a reservation of travel products or services on this website or contacting one of our call center agents, you agree that the Terms and Conditions in force at that time must apply. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use or make any reservations through this website or through our call center agents. ODIGOO TRAVEL can modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of this website is conditioned by the acceptance of said updated Terms of Use. The terms and conditions of each Tourist Service are established by each Provider without interference from ODIGOO TRAVEL. It is especially clarified that ODIGOO TRAVEL has no interference whatsoever in the collection of penalties by the Providers or differences in rates, if applicable, which will depend on the terms and conditions of each Provider.
