It's not going to be just any dinner. This 5-course feast, prepared by Eva Millán, well known to fans of the Masterchef program, is going to be a magical journey through time. You will have the opportunity to try the dishes made with gastronomic techniques that come from the Mayan empire to the gourmet kitchens of our days and taste the finest national drinks.
The night will begin at sunset with a glass of sparkling wine and your feet on the white sand of the Mexican Caribbean.
We will tell you the history of Mexican food so that you can get to know and taste the influences of Spain, Africa and the Middle East. Our dishes will be accompanied by a professional pairing of five wines, mezcal, and high-quality tequila.
You will share the table with travelers from all over the world, an ideal social interaction to accompany the multifaceted Mexican food. It will be an interactive dinner, full of fun and animated by the stories of the chef and the expert guide in gastronomy. You will also receive a cocktail class and return to your hotel absolutely in love with Mexican flavors.

- 2. On the date of the tour, your pickup vehicle will wait a maximum of five minutes at the meeting point. After this time, the vehicle will continue with its assigned route. Therefore, we invite you to present yourself on time.
- 3. Refunds are only applied when the cancellation is made 48 hours before the excursion or activity.
- 4. Minimum age: 18 years old.
- 5. Round transportation is included from selected hotels exclusively for clients who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance.
