It’s a popular place and more expensive than other cenotes $300 pesos per person ($15 USD) but you can spend there a full day.

How to Get to Kaan Luum Lagoon?

There are a few ways to get to Kaan Luum Lagoon from Cancun Airport. You can either take a taxi, rent a car, or book a tour.

If you're arriving at Cancun International Airport, you'll be happy to know that Kaan Luum Lagoon is just a scenic drive away. Renting a car is always a convenient choice, giving you the flexibility to explore the area at your own pace.

From the airport, hop onto Highway 307 heading south towards Tulum. The lagoon is approximately 75 miles (120 kilometers) from Cancun, and the journey usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. It’s a straight, wide road, easy to drive.

If you come from Tulum, it’s just a 15 minute drive from downtown.

If you don’t want to drive, you have a few other options. You can book a private shuttle or take a public bus, which are both cost-effective options. Just remember to check the schedules in advance and plan your trip accordingly.
